日本語でもパッションというと情熱、情熱といえばパッションですが。イタリア語ではpassioneはの意味は元々（英語でもpassionは）情熱ではありません😅
元々の意味は苦痛、受難といった苦しみを表す言葉です。
例えば Passione di Gesùというと、イエスキリストの情熱ではなく、イエスキリストの受難となります。マイナスのベクトルのものは頭の中でいつの間にかプラスのものに変換されるのでしょうか他の言葉にもこのような傾向が見られます。
例えば、tifosoという言葉がありますが、これは元々チフスで苦しんでいる患者をさす言葉ですがいつの間にか熱狂的なファン（サッカーなど）を指す言葉に変わりました。日本ではトラキチなんかがこの言葉に合いそうですね。😱
